What is slow coaching?
This slow coaching practice is emerging. There is no set framework. It’s a mix of modalities that form a malluable structure to hold your needs. It’s a dialogue between you and I to surface what is important and accessible to you in the moment.
Based on an initial conversation we will intuit together - feel and/or think - into what you need, and answer the question:
What am I walking away with after a Slow Coaching session?
Perhaps just a sense of being more grounded into your self, your soul, perhaps a little peace, perhaps the desire to find more rest, stillness and slowness.
It’s important to also note - I am not a doctor, I am not a therapist, I am not a psychologist, I am not a healer.
