
SLOW COACHING SERVICES
A slow coaching practice will sync you back to self, each other, and the earth. We will work together using foundational tools such as menstruation cycle awareness, yoga nidra, and restorative yoga to find some space for ease and rest. Perhaps, open up a longer conversation within about how to create some space.

Some sessions will be spiritual
Some sessions will be queer
Some sessions will be conversation(al)
It could be a simple 30-minute yoga nidra session or 90-minutes of restorative yoga. Or you might want to explore 3 months of menstruation cycle awareness - or moon cycle awareness (if you don’t bleed). If you have capacity your sessions could include some home reflections - maybe just to take an offering into nature, maybe read a poem, maybe write a poem. Reflect. Nurture self.

Slow Coaching
MENSTRUATION CYCLE AWARENESS
Tap into your natural rhythms and learn how to live in sync with your cycle. Uncovering dormant womb wisdom, we will use meditation combined with a seasonal approach to harness cyclical self care. Tuning into when to slow down and when to ride your creative peak. Learning how your cycle holds you is a powerful way to inhabit being human.
YOGA NIDRA
Yoga Nidra means yogic sleep and is a power nap like no other. This experiential practice supports you to land back into your body while disengaging your mind. Turning off fight or flight mode and activating your parasympathetic nervous system, this is a known way to reduce fatigue and stress. Conscious relaxation, deep renewal.
RESTORATIVE YOGA
A rejuvenating yoga practice that will boost your immune system and reduce the production of stress hormones (cortisol and adrenaline). A great way to slow your mind while expanding a quality of compassion towards self and others. Deep listening and relearning how to relax, this yoga is all about being rather than doing.
EARTH CLIMATE AWARENESS
Supporting you to find simple ways to nurture self and whilst taking care of nature. We’ll engage in practices around composting (your life and your scraps), getting zero wasted, and a philosophy of minimalism beyond Kondo conscious consumption. Along with figuring out realistic ways to be politically active without burn out.
